Modern Approaches to Pedagogical Processes in Archival Science in the Context of the Electronic Archiving

Education in the field of archival science has been filled with scientific and professional contributions from established archivists and researchers in the field of archival science for several decades. In this contribution, through the review of literature, the problems of education in the field of archival science are presented. By analysing the study program in Slovenia and the content of the needs expressed by the current records and information management in the practice, the article attempts to determine how satisfactory the approach of pedagogical processes is in the light of electronic archiving.
